I'm a Portland native. I earned my broker license in 1984. I have an SHP, a Sustainable Homes Professional license, and I am an ADU specialist through Energy Trust. I love to keep up on what is the newest energy-saving features in housing from design to appliances. Most of my business is by referral. I am USAA-approved as a relocation specialist. My clients say I get results, and I know the market. The greater Portland market area is small & I can give a great overview of our city and the surrounding areas in 1 day. This really helps you understand and break down the neighborhood areas. I love to volunteer and I have been a hole captain since 1987 at the Portland LPGA, the longest running Professional golf Tournament in the USA that started in 1975. I have written over $30,000 in grants for school grounds and parks. I organized and installed over 100 truckloads of bark chips on the walking, jogging trails around the school baseball fields at Robert Gray Middle School and the adjoining Hillsdale Dog Park off SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy at SW 26. We have cleaned up and mowed the dog park since 2002 and the adjoining green space from invasive weeds and ivy. I have planted over 100 trees and flowers. I was very involved as a volunteer in my daughter's school and community as a racquetball coach for 15 years. I was awared the National Junior Racquetball Coach of the year in 2011. What I love to do every other week is donate platelets for operations for people which over 50% of the donation goes to cancer patients and others in need. The platelets only last for 5 days so it is critical for the need to give. I have given over 100 gallons through 2024 and I have donated over 290 times over the years.
